Bob Johnston Reports From Oz

Opened 11th March, 2004

Hi. I'm Bob Johnston, and I consider myself very fortunate living as I do close to Sydney harbour. It was a lovely day when the QE2 came in recently on one of her world cruise destinations , and I have included some pictures of her. Hope you enjoy the rest of my pictures, you will find an assortment of ships from the past also, plus the links I have given to other sites. I spend a lot of time on the quay when ships of interest come in, and I am lucky to work in the city so it's only a 15 minute drive to the quay. I think it's great for seamen to have memories of their time at sea and I enjoy reading tales from other people.
We all have plenty of stories to tell (although some we prefer to keep to ourselves !) and  I hope to share more of my memories later on.
